Counselling for Relationship Difficulties
Relationship difficulties can influence how you see yourself and how you relate to others. You may find yourself repeating familiar patterns, struggling to communicate openly, avoiding conflict, experiencing trust concerns, or feeling distant from people who matter to you. Even in individual therapy, exploring your relationship experiences can lead to meaningful understanding and positive change.
I work with adults who would like to gain greater awareness of their relational patterns, whether in intimate partnerships, family connections, friendships, or professional relationships. Working integratively, early experiences, and emotional responses that may be shaping present challenges.
Alongside this deeper exploration, we focus on practical tools to enhance communication, strengthen boundaries, and build self-awareness.

Anxiety Counselling
Anxiety can be intense and unrelenting, impacting your thoughts, physical wellbeing, and everyday life. You might notice persistent overthinking, feeling on edge, experiencing panic attacks, or avoiding situations that previously felt manageable.
I support adults living with a range of anxiety difficulties, including: generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic, and health-related concerns
- Generalised anxiety
- Social anxiety
- Panic
- and health-related concerns
Working integratively, I adapt therapy to suit your individual needs. Together, we can explore the underlying factors contributing to your anxiety, whether rooted in past experiences, present pressures, or long-standing patterns, while also developing practical tools to help you feel steadier and more in control.
Therapy provides a safe and confidential space to pause, gain deeper understanding, and gradually build confidence and emotional resilience.
Counselling for Grief and Loss
Grief is a profoundly individual experience. It may arise after the death of someone close, the end of a relationship, a significant life change, or another meaningful loss. You might feel deep sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, anxiety, or a sense of being unanchored. Grief does not follow a clear path, and there is no “correct” way to move through it.
I provide a compassionate, steady space where you can speak about your loss in your own time and in your own way. Working integratively, I tailor our sessions to your needs, whether that means processing complex emotions, making sense of what has happened, or learning how to carry your loss while continuing forward.
Grief can feel lonely and overwhelming. Therapy offers support, understanding, and the space to gently move toward acceptance and adjustment.
ADHD & Autism in Adults
Many adults live with undiagnosed ADHD or autism. Understanding your neurodiversity can reduce self-blame, improve relationships, and guide support at work and home.
With the right strategies, therapy, and accommodations, adults with ADHD or autism can thrive, embrace their strengths, and live more authentically.
